New Metropolis Council takes Oath of Office

Troy, MI - The 2010 - 2012 Metropolis of Detroit Council took the Oath of Office at the conclusion of their first meeting that took place at the Metropolis Center. The additional members who were not present, participated via conference call. His Eminence Metropolitan Nicholas welcomed the new as well as continuing members as they set their agenda for the next year.
