On November 20, 2011, Metropolitan Nicholas celebrated a Teaching (Didactic) Liturgy at the St. John the Baptist Church in Sterling Heights, MI.  Also on this day, Fr. Nicholas Kyritses (Proistamenos) had the pleasure of churching his twin grandchildren: Aristides and Nicholas born to John and Leslie Kyritses.
