| April 1, 2011 - The National Philoptochos Board held its April meeting at the Somerset Inn in Troy, MI. Metropolitan Nicholas of Detroit was also present at this meeting. The guest speaker, Dr. Chad Audi - CEO of the Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries - presented the programs featured by his organization. The National Board through its president, Aphrodite Skeadas, donated $4,000 to support the Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries. | |
